Our Team

My name is Steph and I am Level 3 qualified in Children’s Care, Learning and Development with ten years of experience in different settings.  I have worked in various nursery settings and was also a private Nanny for 5 years. I have experience working within a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities school, involved being a 1:1 carer for children with severe disabilities and medical needs.  

I have experience working with children ranging from 3 months to 18 years both through the education setting, and also through volunteering with young people.

Our team have a range of experience of working with children.  There will always be at least one person that is Level 3 qualified on site.  All staff are DBS checked and participate in ongoing training.  We ensure that there will always be the appropriate ratio of our team members to the young people who are booked to make use of our services.

Kirsten is an experienced Wedding & Event Planner and also looks after our business and finance administration.  Kirsten has worked as a teacher and had particular experience with visually impaired children.  She also works with young people on a voluntary basis.
